摘要:
中国进入全面建成小康社会的决胜时期，要顺利完成这一任务，就要处理好当下中国的最“短板”，即农村地区七千多万的贫困人口，这一短板影响着中国社会治理的稳定与进程；左右社会发展中的财富分配的平衡；也决定着中国特色社会主义事业宏伟目标的实现。因此，对于精准扶贫思想进行深层的学理分析是十分必要的，站在马克思主义哲学基础上，精准扶贫彰显着马克思主义哲学之经纬，即马克思主义哲学的实践精神、协同精神、生态精神、人民精神，正确理解和把握其精神有助于更好地推进马克思主义中国化即习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的领悟与践行。
Abstract:
To accomplish successfully the task that China enters a decisive period for building a moderately prosperous society in all respects requires us to handle properly the “short board” of 70 million povertystricken people in rural China. The settlement of the poverty would affect the stability and progress of the social governance in China, control the balance of wealth distribution in social development and determine the achievement of great goal of the socialism with Chinese characteristics. Accordingly, it is necessary to discuss theoretically the thought of the target poverty alleviation strategy, because it reveals the very essence of Marxist philosophy, which can be further rendered as the spirit associated with practice, cooperation, ecology, and people. A sound apprehension and holding of the sprit contributes to the Sininization of Marxism, that is, the understanding and practice of Xi Jinping Thought on the Targeted Poverty Alleviation.
