摘要:
随着城镇化进程的加快，我国的传统村落，尤其是地处闭塞的山地环境传统村落逐渐衰败，甚至消失。为了使传统村落在保护历史文化价值的过程中得到进一步发展，应制定传统村落的保护与发展规划。以山地传统村落山西陵川黄庄村保护发展规划中保护范围的划定为例，对其进行研究。首先对山地环境传统村落保护发展规划中保护范围划定的意义、方法和原则进行介绍，之后分别阐述了黄庄村传统村落核心保护范围、建设控制地带、环境协调区三个层次保护范围划定的依据和方法。
Abstract:
With the acceleration of urbanization, the traditional villages in China, especially those located in the enclosed mountains, are gradually declining or even disappearing. In order to further the development of traditional villages in the protection of historic and cultural value, we should formulate the conservation and development planning for traditional villages based on the investigation. The paper discusses first the significance, method and principle to delimitate the scope of the conservation and development planning for traditional villages in mountains. And then it expounds the ground and methods for delimiting the conservation scope, including the core conservation scope, the construction control area and the environmental coordination area respectively.
