摘要:
发展观支撑和引导着整个发展理论体系的构建和发展的社会实践，可以说，有什么样的发展观就会有什么样的发展道路、发展模式和发展战略，也就决定着“为谁发展，怎样发展，发展成果如何分配”这些目的论和价值论的确定。结合发展观本身内含的伦理道德因素，通过反思GDP崇拜下发展目标与发展结果的扭曲和异化，揭露了GDP发展观的片面性和不合伦理道德性。同时，从绿色发展观对人民追求美好生活、美好生态和美好未来的回应三个角度，阐释了绿色发展观是一种“更加关注人类自身关系和解、更加注重人与自然关系和合、更加关心代内代际关系和谐”的既合规律性、又合伦理道德的发展观。
Abstract:
Supporting and guiding the construction of the whole development theory system and its social practice, the development view, as it is, determines not only the development path, the development model and development strategy, and also the teleology and value theory like “for whom and how to develop, and how to share the production of development”. Based on the ethical and moral factors in the development view, the paper discusses the distortions and alienation of development goals and development outcomes under GDP worship, and uncovers the one-sidedness and the immorality of the GDP development view. From the perspectives of the green development view which may respond to peoples pursuit of a better life, a good ecology and a bright future, the paper argues that the green development view is a kind of natural and ethical concept which pays more attention to the reconciliation of human relations, the concordance between man and nature, and the harmony of intra-generational and intergenerational relations.
