建国初期的土地改革推动了农村的基层政权建设。在建国初期土地改革运动的过程中，土地所有权的变更为农村基层政权建设奠定经济基础，群众运动方式的运用提升了农民的政治意识和政治参与能力，农村组织机构的建构为农村基层政权建设提供了基本经验，对传统权威势力的打击重塑了农村基层政权的权力结构。
- Abstract:

The agrarian reform in the early days after the foundation of PRC promoted the construction of the rural grass-root political power. During the course of the movement then, the change of land ownership lays an economic foundation for the construction of rural grass-roots political power given that the employment of mass movement upgrades the peasants’ ability of political awareness and participation the construction of the rural institutional framework provides reference to the rural grass-root political power building and that the crackdown on the traditional authority rebuilds the power structure of the rural grassroots political power
