摘要:
思想政治工作历来是以党的政治路线为工作重点，为实现党的中心任务服务的。面对新的形势、新的任务、新的挑战，思想政治工作必须坚持解放思想、实事求是、与时俱进、勇于创新，在深化改革、不断创新中开拓新境界。从创新思想政治工作方式和方法入手，科学地分析并认真研究解决在新的历史条件下出现的新矛盾新问题从树立思想政治工作新观念、建立思想政治工作新机制、塑造思想政治工作者新形象、展示思想政治工作的新作为。
Abstract:
Ideological and political work (IPW) is a key point of Communist Party of China (CPC) and serves central tasks of CPC. With new situation, new task, and new challenge, IPW must persist seeking truth from facts, advance with the times and innovation to create new level. In addition, IPW need to scientifically and carefully research and resolve paradox in new historical condition from innovative methods and ways, establish new values and new mechanism, shape new image of IPWer and further show new performance of IPW
