摘要:
发展与和谐是辩证统一的，发展是和谐的前提、途径、目的；和谐是实现发展所必需的环境、条件、支撑。发展与和谐的辩证关系，落实到人类社会，展现为社会发展与社会和谐互为条件，相互促进。正确认识和把握二者的辩证关系，在建设中国特色社会主义实践中，通过推动科学发展促进社会和谐，促进社会和谐推动科学发展，实现科学发展与社会和谐的良性互动。
Abstract:
Development and harmony is a dialectical unity. The former is the prerequisite, route and goal of harmony; the latter is the environment, condition and support necessary for the achievement of development. In the human society, the expression of the dialectical relationship between development and harmony is mutually conditional and mutually promoting for social development and social harmony. In the practice of building socialism with Chinese characteristics, scientific development will promote social harmony and social harmony will promote scientific development, thus achieving a positive interaction between scientific development and social harmony.
