摘要:
面对新形势新问题，党的十八届三中全会提出了全面深化改革的重大命题。全面深化改革是马克思主义世界观和方法论的时代体现，它立意高远、内容博大、思想深邃，有着深厚的哲学意蕴。一是凝结了丰富的唯物辩证法思想；二是彰显了马克思主义认识论原理；三是坚持了真理与价值的高度统一；四是印证了合规律性和合目的性的统一。
Abstract:
The 3rd Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee has put forward an important proposition on the comprehensive deepening of reforms to face issues in the new situation. Reflecting Marxist world outlook and methodology of the times, it contains the lofty idea, extensive content and profound thinking. There are deep philosophical implications, which condense the substantial thoughts of materialist dialectics, highlight the epistemological principles of Marxism, continue the high degree unification of truth and value, and confirm the uniformity of regularity and teleonomy
