摘要:
我国农业环境污染风险升级且农业环境侵权救济手段缺失的现状使受害人利益受损且矛盾激化，社会化性质的农业环境责任保险成为满足农业环境侵权救济内在诉求的制度选择。通过对农业环境责任保险制度的4PS与4CS理论分析，对其构建问题提出了相应观点和建议，以期助益于我国环境侵害社会化救济制度的完善。
Abstract:
The risk escalation of agricultural environmental pollution and the deficiency of agricultural environment tort remedy lead to the benefit lose of victims, thus intensifying the conflicts in China. Thereby, it is indispensable that the socialized liability insurance of agricultural environment should take the priority to meet the internal demands of agricultural environment tort remedy. Analyzing the marketing theories of 4Ps and 4Cs in the construction of agricultural environmental liability insurance system, the paper puts forward relevant proposals for the improvement of the socialized environmental liability insurance in China
