摘要:
大学生的心理健康水平是人才质量的关键，也是实施心理健康教育的起点。为了了解大学新生心理健康状况的年代变化特点，通过对西安建筑科技大学2001年以来12年的53 282名新生心理健康普查和回访的数据进行统计分析，结果表明该校新生心理健康水平呈现逐年提高的趋势，而存在心理问题和心态健康阳光的学生的比率则比较稳定。结合该校学生心理健康水平的变迁特点和当前心理健康教育的学术研究，我们认为综合发展的多类型、多层次工作模式更适合该校未来的心理健康教育工作。
Abstract:
College students’ mental health is one of the keys to evaluate talents, also the starting point to implement the mental health education. To explore the yearly variation of college freshmen’s mental health in XAUAT, the paper analyzes the general survey data of 53 282 college freshmen in the past 12 years (2001~2012). The result shows there is evidence that college freshmen’s mental health has been improved gradually over the past 12 years, and the ratio of freshmen with psychological problems to those mentally healthy ones remains stable. Based on these results and academic research in the field of mental health, it is suggested that a comprehensive and multi-leveled work pattern is suitable for the mental health education of XAUAT in the future
