摘要：在农村培育和践行社会主义核心价值观是贯彻落实党中央精神的现实要求，意义重大，事关社会主义核心价值观在全社会的覆盖面和影响力，事关社会主义新农村建设的灵魂和动力，事关农民群众价值追求的方向和层次。由于主观和客观原因，当前在农村培育社会主义核心价值观面临多元化的价值生态、价值行为失范、农村发展相对滞后、脱离农村实际和农民利益需求、急功近利和形式主义倾向等带来的困境。为此，要采取重引领、树典型、促发展、接地气、强固化等一系列对策来化解当前困境，走出一条可操作、可推广、可持续的农村培育和践行社会主义核心价值观的道路。
Abstract:
Abstract:Cultivating and practicing the socialist core values in countryside is the realistic and significant requirement to implement the spirit of the CPC Central Committee. which is concerned with matters such as the coverage and influence of the socialist core values in the whole society, the soul and motivation to construct a new socialist rural area, and the direction and level of the value pursuit of peasant masses. Given the subjective and objective reasons, there are kinds of predicaments in the cultivation and the practice of socialist core values in countryside at present, including the diversity of value ecosystem, the misconduct of moral behavior, the relative backward of rural development, the impracticalness to meet the need of peasant’s interests, the tendency to pursuit formalism and seek quick success with instant benefit, etc.. Therefore, the countermeasures are to be taken like emphasizing on the guidance, setting up typical examples, promoting the development, being down to the earth, and strengthening the consolidation. It is necessary to figure out a feasible, generalizable and sustainable way to cultivate and practice the socialist core values in countryside.
