摘要:
民主是一个具有时代意义的概念，在不同的时期产生不同的效应，根植于各个民族、国家的历史实践活动之中。然而当代西方社会不断扭曲民主与人类文明之间的关系，力图将其创造的民主制度变成现代生活的普遍模式。而作为政治价值理念和政府管理体制的复合系统，民主的模式化往往成为直接摧毁社会演进过程及其内在结构的实际力量。从这个角度看，研究民主蕴涵的实质，从多维视角探析其历史轨迹、理论特色、思想价值，将为民主在未来的发展奠定一个良好的基础，对人类现代政治文明的意义不言而喻，对中国特色社会主义民主政治的建设也有着重要的启示作用。
Abstract:
Rooted in the historical practice of various nationalities and countries, the democracy, a concept of era significance, generates different effects in different times. Yet the contemporary western society has constantly distorted relationship between democracy and civilization, and endeavored to convert the democratic system it created into a standard of modern life. As a system to blend political values into government administration system, the democracy modeling tends to be a power to destroy the internal structure or the evolution process of the society directly. Accordingly, it is critical to research the essence of democratic implication in the way of exploring its historical track, the theoretical characteristics and the ideological values from a multidimensional perspective, which is thought to lay a good foundation for the development of democracy in the future. Therefore it goes without saying that the research plays an important and enlightening function in the human modern political civilization and the political construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
