摘要:
党的工作重心的转移也即是党在一定历史时期内的工作重点和工作方向的转变。中国共产党的历史即将走向百年,党在近百年的历史征程中有几次工作重心的转移,党在七届二中全会上做出了实现第二次转移的决定,即把工作重心由农村转向城市,党的第二次工作重心的转移形成了若干历史经验,研究这些成功的历史经验对当下中国共产党加强自身建设,提升党的工作水平,提高党的长期执政能力具有十分重要的意义。
Abstract:
The history of the Communist Party of China is approaching one hundred years. During the nearly 100-year's history of the Party, there have been several shifts of its work focus. At the Second Plenary Session of the Seventh Central Committee, the Party successfully achieved the second shift from its work focus on the rural area to urban one and formed a number of historical experiences. Studying these successful historical experiences is of great significance to the current construction and the development of the Communist Party of China and to the strengthening of the Party's long-term ruling capacity.
