摘要:: 古村落在中国有着广泛的分布，村落与遗址的双重身份使其既具有使用价值，又具有深厚的文化意义，是聚落，也是文物。在新农村建设的过程中，古村落无疑也要与时俱进。与一般的村落建设不同，古村落的根本价值在于所承载的历史信息。于是，如何确定好古村落的文化内涵，总结村落中在建构和谐的天人关系，融洽的人伦亲情，特色鲜明的人居环境方面的经验，就显得十分重要。这是古村落得以长期存在的基础，也是古村落的价值所在。于是，古村落成为新农村，需要内外兼修，而不能只重外表；需要典主雅辅，而不能哗众取宠；需要立足长远，而不能急功近利。这种立足长远的发展观，可以使古村落在现代化的大潮中以独有的魅力来赢人，建构自身的文化资本，实现村落的可持续发展。

Abstract:: The ancient villages in china widely distributed, the double identity as village and site makes them not only have the value-in-use, but also with profound cultural meaning. They are the settlements, also the historical relics. In the process of the new rural construction, the ancient villages no doubt to keep up with the times. With the construction of settlements, the fundamental value of the ancient villages is the history of the information bearing. Accordingly, it is very important that determine the cultural connotation of the ancient villages and sum up the experience in the fields of construction the harmonious relationship between the human and natural world, wonderful human relations, and characteristic dwelling environment. It is the foundation of existence in long term, as well as the value of the ancient villages. So change the ancient villages into the new rural construction, which needs the whole care, not just appearance; classic, not play to the gallery; take a long-term perspective, not eager for quick success and instant benefit. Only in these ways, can we make the ancient villages more attractive by their charisma, with organizing their own cultural capital, to achieve the sustainable development.
