Title:: A Theoretical Exploration on the Intrinsic Motivation in the Residential Update Construction of Traditional Villages

摘要:: 对于当前我国社会快速发展的形势,广大农村地区面对着一些村庄建设中的失衡问题?通过对于实际村落的调研,要想解决原有的建筑风貌被改变?村落内部空间失序,地方文脉缺失等矛盾,需要和改善村民的自主意识和村落发展的自调节性是当前的重点之一?单一通过规划手段所形成的现代村落更多的是“外力”式的干预,缺少村落自调节性的“内力”协调,加之面对中国广大的农村地区,力量有限?因此,为保证村落内建筑的自然生长力,可试图将“内力”与“外力”结合,从建筑材料?经济性和示范带动三个方面改善村庄的“内力”,同时结合实例对内力诱导理论进行论证,从而在多个方面打破“千村一面”的不良现象,还原村庄应有的地方文脉?

Abstract:: With the rapid growth of economy and society in China,the vast rural areas are faced with the issue that the village construction is out of balance.Based on the field research of the actual settlement,the paper argues that it is no hard to find that in order to resolve the rising conflicts,such as the change of original architectures,the disorder of inner spaces in villages and the loss of local culture.It is crucial for the rural development nowadays to mobilize villagersself-awareness and improve villagesself-adjustment.The construction of modern villages by means of planning used to be promoted with extrinsic power,which is lack of the reconciliation with the intrinsic motivation like villages self-adjustment,and less effective once practiced in vast rural areas.Therefore,in order to ensure the natural development of architecture in villages,there is a need to join the extrinsic motivation with the intrinsic one,in order to promote the intrinsic motivation in the way of building materials,economical efficiency and exemplary promotion.The paper provides evidence to the theory of intrinsic motivation,which contributes to changing the undesirable phenomenon that thousands of villa-ges have the same pattern restor their original local context.
