西安唐风园林在营造理念与手法中运用传统与现代文化元素，并与民俗文化相结合，具有独特的文化气息与艺术效果。唐风园林中传统与现代文化元素的运用，使得唐风园林更具特色与韵味。如大唐芙蓉园、曲江池遗址公园、大慈恩寺遗址公园等一系列唐风园林便充分运用唐风园林的造园手法在传统文化元素的基础上融入现代文化元素和西安本土民俗文化元素，使得传统与现代文化元素相互结合，创造出独特的艺术效果。

There is a unique cultural ambience and artistic effect in Xi’an Tang Style Gardens which employ the traditional and modern culture elements with folk culture in its building idea and techniques. Taking a series of Tang Style Gardens in Xi’an for example, such as Datang Furong Garden, Qujiangchi Relics Park, Da Ci’en Temple Relics Park, the paper studies Xi’an Tang Style Gardens which blend the modern cultural features and Xi’an local folk cultural features into the garden making of traditional culture elements, hence a charming landscape combining tradition and modernity
