摘要:

法院建筑也是一种语言，它在以客观的形态展示着法院文化和国家的法治理念。但当前的司法改革和法院建设主要集中在制度层面的改革和法院的文化建设，并没有专门的文件针对法院的物质文化建设作出相应的规范指导。鉴于当前我国法院建筑在选址、设计建设等方面存在的问题，有必要从法文化视角审视法院建筑，通过了解法院建筑的历史变迁和对当前存在的某些法院建筑与法治理念相冲突现象的分析，强调法院建筑在宣誓社会主义法治理念方面的重要性以及在未来法院建筑设计建设方面应该注意的问题。

Abstract:

The cour t building, a kind of language, reveals objectively the court culture and socialist idea of rule of law. At present more attention in judicial reform and the court building construction is paid to on the institutional level and the cultural construction level, but there is no standard documents to guide the material culture construction of the court. Given the current problems in the site selection, the design and the construction of the court buildings, in China, it is necessary to study the court building from the perspective of legal culture. The notice should be taken to issues like the understanding of the history and development of court building, the analysis of the conflict resulting from some legal buildings and ideas of rule of law, the importance of taking oath of socialist idea of rule of law at court and others in the design of future court buildings
