摘要:
随着城市化进程的快速推进，旧城改造俨然成为城市建设中急需解决的问题之一，而作为旧城公共空间重要组成部分的社区公共空间，无论是质量还是数量都存在明显不足。因此，如何通过对其进行改造，提升居民的公共生活品质成为我们研究的重点。通过分析旧城社区公共空间的现状及问题，总结提出改造原则，并运用化整为零的策略对实际案例进行探索，希望能对我国旧城社区公共空间改造工作做出贡献。
Abstract:
With the fast promotion of urbanization, it has become one of the urgent issues to reconstruct the urban areas. As the important component of the urban public space, the community public space is obviously insufficient not only in quality but also quantity. Hence the study follows the reconstruction with great interest to upgrade the public living quality of residents. Analyzing the current situation and problems of the community public space in old cities, this paper comes up with the principle of reconstruction, and study the real case by means of breaking up the whole into parts, aiming to make contributions to the reconstruction of community pubic space in old cities.
