摘要:
补园毗邻江南名园拙政园，是晚清时期的苏州私家园林。园主张履谦喜欢昆曲、书画等传统艺术。补园的整体艺术风格不仅受园主品性、喜好的影响，同时又受其旧园和邻园景观的影响。补园运用“补”与“建”的手法不仅巧妙处理了其与旧园、邻园的关系，而且满足了园主日常生活中交友、拍曲等功能需要，进而成为晚清时期一座颇具声望的苏州私家园林。
Abstract:
Bu Garden, which is adjacent to the Humble Administrator’s Garden, is a private garden in Suzhou late Qing Dynasty. The owner-Zhang Lvqian of the garden loved the traditional arts such as Kun Opera, Painting and Calligraphy. The whole art style of Bu Garden not only influenced by its owner’s characters and hobbies, but also influenced by its predecessor and neighboring garden landscape. Adopting the techniques of mending and building, Bu Garden not only ingeniously disposes the relationship with its predecessor and neighbouring garden, but also satisfies the owner’s need of making friends and practicing Kun Opera in daily life. Therefore it becomes a prestigious private garden in Suzhou during the period of late Qing
