摘要:
建筑装饰是以美化建筑形象及其优化建筑空间为目的的行为。建筑装饰作为造型艺术的特殊形式，与建筑共同书写着着悠久的历史和文化。建筑装饰由于其特定的物质和精神功能而区别于造型艺术的其它门类，参与着建筑的物质空间与精神空间的创造。通过对建筑装饰艺术的缘起、发展历程的综述以及其与建筑艺术关系的理论分析，阐述了建筑装饰的历史地位、文化意义以及建筑装饰艺术发展的趋势。
Abstract:
Architectural ornament is the behavior for the purpose of beautifying the architecture image and optimizing architecture space. As a special form of plastic art, architectural ornament writes a long history and culture together with the architecture. Because of its specific architectural material and spiritual functions, architectural ornament is different from the other categories of plastic arts, participating in creating physical space and mental space of the construction. Through the review of origin and development process of architectural ornament, and the theoretical analysis of its relationship with architecture, this article describes the history status of architectural ornament, decorative arts, cultural significance and development tendency
