摘要:
伴随着生态学的悄然兴起，人们认识世界的视角也随之拓宽了。生态学为人们研究高校教师师德问题提供了一个全新的研究视角。当前，在高校教师生态系统内部，教师的总体生态环境不容乐观，这势必会给高校师德的建设带来负面的影响。本文拟从生态环境的角度出发，尝试性地从教师所处的物质环境、 学术环境、制度环境及心理环境四个方面分析高校师德缺失的原因并提出相应的对策。
Abstract:
With the begining of ecology, the world perspective also widened.Ecology provides a new research perspective for the construction of teachers’ moral.Nowadays,The ecological environment is not optimistic in the common ecosystems.It will give a negative impact for the construction of teachers’ moral.This article from the perspective of the ecological environment, author try to analyze the material conditions,academic environment,conditions of system and psychological conditions，and provide some countermeasure.
