摘要:
在快速城镇化背景下,职业教育已经成为我国经济社会发展的重要支撑,是实施人才强国战略的重要内容?渭南市职业教育起步于上世纪80年代,现已初具规模,并享誉全国?但现有学校散点分布,难以形成集约效应,造成土地使用的浪费?通过以集约?共享?生态?科学四位一体的理念为指导,运用空间布局?组团结构?有机生长?标准模式等规划手法,并结合实施策略,以整合渭南职业教育资源?并探求一种适合国内职业教育空间承载模式和整合实施的有效途径,实现职业教育的更新和提升,促进职业教育健康可持续发展?
Abstract:
With the fast pace of urbanization,the vocational education becomes the significant support of the development of Chinese economic society and as well the indispensable strategy to strengthen China through talents.Starting in 1980sthe vocational education in Weinan is known nationwide with its preliminary scale.However,given the location of schools are scattered,it is hard to achieve intensive effect with lavishing land utility.The paper suggests that based on the four-in-one concept(intensive,sharing,ecological,and scientific),and the implementation strategy,the educational resources in Weinan City should be integrated by using such planning method as spatial arrangement,group structure,organic growth,standard mode,etc.The paper aims to find an effective and practical approach to meet the need of integrating the spatial capacity of Chinese vocational education,updating the comprehensive goal and promoting the healthy and sustainable development of vocational education.
