摘要:
建国后，中国共产党的生态文明建设思想经历了一个从无到有的过程。改革开放以前，党处理人与自然关系的主导思想是认识自然、利用自然和改造自然；改革开放以后，党重视从科技和法制两个方面加强对环境的保护。随着经济社会的发展，生态环境问题日益突出，中国共产党非常重视生态文明建设，经历了可持续发展战略与科学发展观，提出了“五位一体”的经济社会发展理论，正式形成了生态文明建设思想，到今天，这个思想已经成为实现“中国梦”的关键一环。
Abstract:
Ecological civilization, a new form of civilization development, has the characteristics of concerning the harmonious coexistence of Man and Nature. After the founding of the People’s Republic of China, CPC’s theory of ecological civilization construction has undergone several stages, and becomes critical to realize the China’s Dream today. The understanding of the meaning of ecological civilization construction and the clarification of CPC’s theory of ecological civilization construction are significant to build the socialism with Chinese characteristics.
