摘要:“立德树人”是高等教育的根本任务,立何德?谁来立?如何立?是摆在各高校面前亟待解决的三个问题。提出立社会主义核心价值观之“德”;高校党政干部和共青团干部,教师,辅导员和班主任,行政管理人员,后勤服务人员,学生党员和学生干部等共同参与、各司其责;把“立德树人”贯穿于教学、实践、科研、管理、服务等各个方面工作的全过程,通过改革教学模式,强化师德师风,改进思想政治教育和校园文化氛围等举措,使高校“立德树人”工作真正落到实处。
Abstract:
Abstract: The fundamental mission of high education is to establish the virtue and nurture the humanity. To fulfill this task, we should clarify the definition of virtue, the groups who are supposed to establish it and the way to carry the process forward. In this essay the virtue is defined in accordance with the core values of Chinese socialism. Cadres of the Communist Party and the Communist Youth League in universities, professors, counselors, teachers, administrators, supporting staff as well as the Communist Party members and cadres among students are all supposed to take part in the work and handle their responsibility. The establishment of virtue and the nurturing of humanity should be regarded as a radical principle in teaching, practical work, scientific researches, administration, services as well as other fields of work. By means of reforming modes of teaching, emphasizing the importance of teachers’ morality, improving ideological and political education and constructing campus cultural atmosphere, universities will achieve a lot in the implementation of virtue establishment and humanity nurturing.
