摘要:
强化团员意识教育是做好高校基层团组织建设、增强其凝聚力和战斗力的重要保证。但新世纪以来，高校大学生的思想观念、价值取向呈现多元化发展趋势，这在一定程度上削弱和淡化了大学生的团员意识，本文重点围绕团员的“政治意识、组织意识、模范意识”这三方面展开分析研究，首先针对团员意识普遍缺失的现状及原因进行了剖析，进一步总结归纳出团员意识教育的主要途径，同时提出建立团员意识教育的长效机制，以期推广和实施，努力开创高校团建工作新局面。
Abstract:
The enhancement of consciousness education of league members is an important guarantee to construct the grass-root organization of Communist Youth League in universities and strengthen their cohesive affinity and combat effectiveness. However, since the new century, the ideology and the value orientation of undergraduates have presented a trend of diversity, thus weakening and downplaying the consciousness of league members to some extent. Focusing the study on the league member’s consciousness in the aspects of politics, organization and modeling, the paper analyzes the current situation and factors leading to the lack of consciousness. Furthermore it points out that the major approach is to establish and implement the consciousness education of league members with a long-term education mechanism so as to promote the new prospect of League-building work in universities.
