摘要:
马克思主义反贫困理论科学揭示了资本主义制度下贫困问题产生的根本原因、解决贫困问题的前提条件和消灭贫困问题的有效途径。新中国成立以来,中国共产党历届领导集体将马克思主义基本原理同中国实际贫困问题相结合,对马克思主义贫困理论进行了继承、创新与发展,历经救济式扶贫、发展式扶贫、综合扶贫开发以及精准扶贫四个阶段。回顾和总结马克思主义反贫困思想中国化的实践进程和成果具有如下启示:坚持中国共产党的领导,发挥社会主义制度优势; 尊重人民主体地位,发挥群众首创精神; 坚持民族性和时代性,推进马克思反贫困思想中国化。
Abstract:
Marx’s anti-poverty theory scientifically reveals the root cause of poverty under the capitalist system, the precondition for solving poverty problems and the effective way to eliminate poverty problem. Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China in 1949, successive leadership groups of the Communist Party of China have combined the basic principles of Marxism with China’s actual poverty problems. Marx’s poverty theory has been inherited, innovated and developed in four stages of relief poverty alleviation, development-oriented poverty alleviation, comprehensive poverty alleviation through development and targeted poverty alleviation. By means of reviewing and summarizing the practice process and achievement of the sinicization of Marxist anti-poverty thought, the enlightenment is obtained as follows: adhering to the leadership of the CPC to take the advantages of the socialist system, respecting the principal position of people to give full play to their initiative, and persisting in the national and epochal characters to promote the sinicization of Marxist anti-poverty thought.
