摘要:
从传统民居评价的不同维度出发,提出四种评价理念,以此为依据进行调研分析,并将分析结果转化评价指标,再结合国内外相关评价指标,从居住质量、场地环境、功能特性、资源利用、保护传承五个层级构建适用于黄山市传统民居的评价框架。通过层级分析法与专家问卷的方式对框架的权重进行计算,在此基础上对框架得分进行评级,以用于评估黄山市传统民居的保护价值,对黄山市新建民居的发展提供理论依据。
Abstract:
From different dimensions of traditional local-style dwelling houses evaluation, this paper puts forward four evaluation concepts to make the research analysis and turn the outcomes into the evaluation indicators.Combining relevant regional evaluation indexes home and abroad, it establishes an evaluation framework of traditional dwelling houses in Huangshan city from five levels of living quality, site environment, functional characteristics, resource utilization, and protective inheritance. The index weights are calculated by means of the analytic hierarchy process and the expert questionnaire, and the framework scores are rated so as to evaluate the protection value of traditional residential houses in Huangshan city and provide theoretical reference for the development of new dwellings in Huangshan City.
