城市起源于人的融合,城市人文价值的核心是以人为本,主张从物质空间、精神空间、城市文化、居住就业等方面来关注城市的复兴。在经济全球化的背景下,当代城市的城市化和工业化发展带来了发展与可持续性、社会与人性之间的诸多矛盾,在历史城区中尤为突出。以澳门历史城区为研究区域,将城市人文主义的概念引入历史街区保护领域,主要以公共空间改造为重点,提出环境提升、零碎空间重建、文化场所营造三项改造策略,以期恢复该区域的活力和繁荣。

Given the city rises from people living in groups and the core of urban humanistic values is people-oriented, the paper advocates higher attention to the urban renewal in material space, spiritual space, urban culture, residence, employment and other aspects. Under the background of economic globalization, the urbanization and industrialization development of contemporary cities have brought out a lot of contradictions between the development and sustainability, and the society and humanity, especially in urban historic district. Taking the Historic Center of Macao as the research area, this paper introduces the concept of “Urban Humanism” into the protection of historic district and focuses on the public space optimization mainly by way of environment upgrading, spare space reconstruction and cultural place creation so as to restore the vitality and prosperity of the district.
