产业结构的优化升级是转变经济增长方式提高经济增长质量和效益的重要途径。在分析FDI和技术创新对产业结构优化影响机制的前提下,基于2005—2016年中国31个省份的面板数据构建实证方程,分别运用固定效应和随机效应验证FDI和技术创新对产业结构优化的影响机制和大小,随后分东部、中部和东北部、西部地区深入探究两者对产业结构优化的差异化效应。结果 显示:全国层面上,FDI与产业结构优化呈倒U型关系,技术创新与产业结构优化之间存在着正相关关系,同时,人口受教育程度和政府消费能促进产业结构优化,区域层面上,FDI、技术创新以及控制变量对产业结构优化的影响存在异质性。

The optimization and upgrading of industrial structure is an important way to transform the mode of economic growth and improve its quality and efficiency. Having analyzed the FDI mechanism and the technological innovation that influences the industrial structure optimization, this paper constructs an empirical equation based on the panel data of 31 provinces in China from 2005 to 2016 and thus verifies the influencing size of FDI and technological innovation to optimize industrial structure by using the fixed and random effects. Then of the eastern, central and northeastern, and western regions of China the differential effects on the industrial structure optimization have been explored respectively. The outcomes show that at the national level, FDI and industrial structure optimization are inverted-U shaped, while there is a positive correlation between the technological innovation and the industrial structure optimization. The population education and government consumption may promote the optimization of industrial structure. Besides, the impact of FDI, technological innovation and control variables on industrial structure optimization varies at the regional level. Finally, this paper proposes relevant policy recommendations.
