高校辅导员工作话语长期以来都在思想政治教育话语体系的框架中被等同或包含于思想政治理论课话语。新时代背景下,出于辅导员研究成果的日益丰富、理论自信和实践经验的持续彰显,以及一种更具专业性、针对性的话语表达诉求,高校辅导员工作话语有必要在思想政治教育话语体系的框架中与思想政治理论课话语作出区分,并从环境适应、范式统合、内容建构、载体扩展等多个维度进行逐一考察,进而实现其自身的科学化、专业化发展。

In the framework of discourse system of ideological and political education, the work discourse of university counselors is considered for a long time as an equivalence or even a part of the discourse of ideological and political theory course. In the context of the new era, it is necessary to make a distinguish between the work discourse of university counselors and the discourse of ideological and political theory course in the system of ideological and political education, because of the sustaining rich research results, continuing revelation of the theoretical self-confidence and practical experience, and increasing demand for professional and pertinence discourse of those university counselors. The paper projects a multidimensional exploration from the perspective of environment adaptation, paradigm integration, content construction, carrier extension, etc. In order to realize the development of work discourse scientifically and professionally.
