针对目前我国就业市场中存在女大学生的就业歧视问题,从公平正义、社会效益和企业用工的角度分析女大学生平等就业对社会和谐发展的重要价值,探析女大学生在就业中存在问题的原因,得出企业过分追求利益最大化、社会对女性的刻板印象、就业市场的供过于求、法律制度不健全,立法保障不完善等因素构成当下女大学生遭受就业歧视的根源,从而提出平等就业权视域下解决女大学生就业的问题对策建议。

Focusing on the discrimination against female college graduates in the job market, this thesis explores the significant influence of female graduates' equal employment right on the harmonious development of the society from the aspects of equity and justice, social benefits and employment mechanism for businesses. Analyzing the problems in the employment of female graduates the thesis finds out the causes of the discrimination, including the enterprise's excessive pursuit of profit maximization, the stereotype of females by the whole society, the oversupply of labor force in the job market, the incomplete legal system, inadequate legislative guarantees, etc.. Therefore, this thesis proposes solutions to the employment issues of female graduates from the perspective of equal employment right.
