为了客观全面地分析评价绿色建筑项目在微观层面的风险,在建立绿色建筑微观风险指标体系的基础上,使用AHP-熵权模型对指标进行组合赋权,通过构建基于云理论绿色建筑微观风险的云评价模型,得到风险标准云图和综合评价云图,从而确定风险等级。选取郑州经济开发区的“双零楼”项目为案例进行微观风险评价,结果表明,该项目处于低风险和较低风险等级之间,并确定出关键风险因素。为绿色建筑相关建设主体提供了新的风险管理思路,对绿色建筑的健康长远发展意义重大。
In order to analyze and evaluate the micro-level risks of green building projects objectively and comprehensively, the paper establishes a green building micro-risk indicator system. The AHP-entropy weight model is used to combine and weight the indicators, and a cloud evaluation model is constructed based on cloud theory to assess the green building micro risk. The risk level is to be determined according to the risk standard cloud diagram and comprehensive evaluation cloud diagram obtained. “The Double Zero Building” project(zero conventional energy consumption, zero sewage discharge)in Zhengzhou Economic Development Zone was taken as a case of micro-risk assessment. The results show that the risk level of the project is between the low and the lower, and the key risk factors are identified consequently. The research provides new ideas of risk management for the main body of related green building constructions, and is of great significance to the healthy and long-term development of green buildings.
