营造公共空间活力是城市设计的主要目标,菜市场作为城市传统的公共空间,对其活力研究具有重要意义。以邯郸市丛台区菜市场为研究对象,结合实地调研和网络开源数据构建菜市场活力指标体系,测度菜市场活力时空变化特征,并通过逐步多元线性回归法分析建成环境指标对菜市场活力的影响。结果表明:1)时间上,工作日与休息日菜市场的使用特征差异较大。2)空间上,所研究区域菜市场活力呈现中间高、四周低的空间分布特征,活力分布不均。3)此外,心理可达性、消费者结构多样性和功能混合度与菜市场活力呈显著正相关; 空间围合度则相反,与菜市场活力呈显著负相关。在此研究结果的基础上提出菜市场空间品质提升策略,以期为城市公共空间的活力复兴提供思路。
Creating vitality in public spaces is one of the main objectives of urban design. As a traditional public space in the city, the vegetable market is significant for the study of its vitality. Taking the vegetable market in Congtai District, Handan City as a study subject, the paper established a vegetable market vitality index system by using field surveys and open-source data from the Internet. Correspondingly, the characteristics of the temporal and spatial changes in vegetable market vitality are evaluated, and the impact of built environment factors on the vegetable market vitality is analyzed based on multivariate linear stepwise regression. The results show that: 1)in terms of time, there is a big difference in the usage characteristics of vegetable markets between working days and weekends; 2)in terms of spatial distribution characteristics, the vegetable market vitality in the study area is high in the middle and low in the?periphery, thus an uneven vitality distribution; 3)there is a significantly positive correlation between the vitality of the vegetable market and psychological accessibility, consumer structure diversity and mix-function degree, though the correlation of the degree of spatial enclosure with the vegetable market vitality is significantly negative. Therefore, this paper proposes some strategy to improve the quality of vegetable market space with the view to providing a reference for the revitalization of urban public space.
