摘要:
叙述了电气工程学科的内涵、地位及发展趋势，着重介绍了电气工程专业的设置。提出了我校电气工程专业将以本科生就业为导向，形成（1）电器设备设计与应用技术；（2）工业与民用供配电技术；（3）电力电子及其应用技术的三个具有我校、我院学科优势和专业特色的培养方向和目标。对我校电气工程学科将重点建设“电机与电器”、“电力系统及其自动化”、“电力电子与电力传动” 三个学科方向，进一步发展建设“高电压与绝缘技术”学科方向的建设与发展思路。并对我校电气工程专业建设提出了人才引进、师资队伍管理和教师教学水平管理的具体方案。
Abstract:
This paper described the meaning of electrical engineering disciplines and described the status and trends of it. Mainly it introduced the setting up electrical engineering. It put forward to that our school will be an undergraduate students’ employment-oriented in electrical engineering. Formed:(1) electrical equipment designing and application technology; (2) Industrial and civilian supply and distribution technology; (3) The three of training directions and goals on power electronics technology and applications technology are characterized by discipline advantages and major characteristics of our school. Electrical engineering discipline in our school will focus on building the direction of the three disciplines and they are "Electric Machines and Electric", "Power System and Automation", "Power Electronics and Power Drives". Further it should develop the idea of discipline construction and the direction of development on the "High Voltage and Insulation Technology". It put forward specific programs that are introduction talents, the teachers of management, teaching faculty level management on Electrical Engineering construction of our school
