摘要:: 住房问题是重要的民生问题。改革开放以来，我国城市居民住房条件大幅改善，但房价的过快上涨又使低收入群体陷入住房困难，从而促使国家住房保障政策的出台。相比之下，欧美发达国家的住房保障政策起步较早，相关法律制度较为完善，住房保障的资金来源渠道较广，住房保障政策发展较为成熟，在诸多方面值得我们学习。据此，拟通过文献研究的方式，在分析美国住房保障政策的基础上，将中美两国的住房保障制度进行对比，从而努力探寻我国在这一方面的实践启示。

Abstract:: Housing is an important livelihood issue. Since the reform and opening up, China’s urban housing conditions improved significantly, but the fast rising housing price has made low-income groups into housing difficulties which prompted the introduction of the national housing security policies. In contrast, housing security policies of developed countries in Europe and America started earlier, the relevant legal system is better, sources of funding housing support are broader, more mature housing security policies develop, in which ways that we can learn. Accordingly, this article by way of literature, the analysis of the U.S. housing security policies, based on the comparison of China and America’s housing security system, thus to explore the practice of enlightenment in this regard
