摘要:

当前创新在企业管理中成为一个必须随时面对的一个重大课题，企业在市场竞争中能否处于不败之地，最关键的是核心竞争力，而核心竞争力的更新最为重要的途径就是创新。本文从公司治理视角出发，探讨和分析了对企业创新所带来的多方面持久性的影响。

Abstract:
Apresent, innovation becomes a major issue that we must be ready to face with in business management. The key of enterprises always occupy in an invincible position is the core competitiveness, and the most important way of updating the core competitiveness is innovation. From the view of corporate governance, this paper discusses and analyzes the multi-faceted and persistence impacts brought by enterprise innovation
