摘要:
本文首先介绍了节能建筑的推广主体,分析了各主体推广节能建筑的强度，探讨了各主体之间的相互影响和制约关系，并提出了其关系模式。在此基础上，研究了推广建筑节能的动力机制，主要包括建筑节能社会环境、建筑节能市场、外在动力和内在动力等宏观因素和微观因素。最后，指出了节能建筑推广时常见的问题，并提出了相应的措施。
Abstract:
In this paper we first introduced the main participants by which to promote energy-saving buildings, analysed their strength to promote energy-saving buildings,discussed their mutual affected and constrained relations, and proposed their relationship model. On this basis, we studied the motivation mechanism to promote energy-saving buildings,mainly including macroscopic and microcosmic factors:the social environment and market of building energy conservation, the external and internal motivating power,etc. Finally, we pointed out the common problems while promoting energy-saving buildings, and presented the corresponding measures
