摘要:: 改革开放30多年,我国社会主义事业取得了举世瞩目的成就?但是,城乡之间却逐渐出现了利益失衡的状况,主要体现在居民收入、社会保障、文化教育和医疗卫生等方面。这些问题背后的实质是城市和乡村是两个不同的利益主体,两者所处的发展环境不同、地位不同,城市在利益博弈过程中占据优势,农村处于弱势?通过对城乡利益失衡问题的分析,探索实现城乡利益协调的途径。

Abstract:: For over 30years since Chinas reform and opening up,China has made remarkable achievements in its socialist cause.However,between urban and rural areas emerges the imbalance of benefit,which is mainly reflected in the aspects such as the resident income,the social security,the cultural education,the medicine treatment,the public health,ect..The real story behind these issues is that the urban and rural areas belong to two different interest bodies,who exist in different development environments with different social status.The city takes advantage of the interests in the course of game,while the rural areas are kept in vulnerable position.This paper aims to analyze the problem of the benefit imbalance to find out ways of coordinating urban and rural interests.
