摘要:: 根据2001-2011年陕西省的统计数据分析，研究发现陕西省城乡居民收入并未与经济增长同步，而且陕西省城乡居民收入差距却在不断拉大；通过对导致陕西省城乡居民收入差距拉大的因素进行计量分析，表明城乡二元经济结构、农民非农收入、城镇化水平、城乡人均资本拥有量以及城乡人力资本差异等都对城乡居民收入差距有重要影响；据此提出陕西应将缩小城乡居民收入差距放到更加重要的位置，大幅度提高农村居民的收入，并对协调城乡居民收入差距的机制建设提出政策建议。

Abstract:: According to the statistical data of Shaanxi province in 2001-2011, this paper found that the income of urban and rural residents is not synchronized with the economic growth, and the income gap between urban and rural residents in Shaanxi province has been widening. The paper analyzed the reasons that probably led to the widening income gap between urban and rural residents in Shaanxi province with econometric analysis method. The analysis results showed that the dual economic structure, farmer’s non farm income, the level of urbanization, urban and rural per capita capital ownership and human capital differences between urban and rural areas have also important effect on the income gap between urban and rural residents. On this basis, Shaanxi government should shrink the income gap, increase the income of rural residents. At last the paper proposed some policy suggestion to build the coordination mechanism for the income gap between urban and rural residents.
