摘要:
传统人才培养重理论轻实践的弊端已越来越不适应社会经济的发展,"回归工程实践"重视工程教育的实践性和创新性是提高教育水平,尤其是中国高等矿业工程教育水平的当务之急,因此,应以学生创新思维和实践能力锻炼为核心,从创新人才培养模式,探索工程实践教育内容等方面不断改进和完善矿业工程人才培养的思路,提高人才培养质量。
Abstract:
It is urgent priority to improve education level and train innovative talents for higher mining engineering education. Based on students’ innovative thinking and practical ability training, this article analyzes higher mining engineering education from the personnel training model of innovation and engineering practice education. It provides direction and basis to further improve mining personnel training.
