摘要:
自党的十七大至党的十八届三中全会以来，形成了中国特色社会主义生态文明建设理论体系。这一理论体系的内在逻辑是：在社会主义现代化建设中，中国共产党领导广大人民群众进行的生态文化、生态行为和生态制度实践的总和，回答了什么是中国特色社会主义生态文明建设；推进生态文明建设可以破解资源环境制约、增强我国在国际环境与发展领域话语权和竞争力、贯彻落实科学发展观，回答了为什么要进行生态文明建设；对生态文明建设的目标、方针、原则、路径进行探析，回答了怎么样进行生态文明建设。
Abstract:
Since the period from the 17th Party Congress of CCP to the Third Plenary Session of the 18th Party Congress of CCP, a theoretical system has been formed to construct the socialist ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics. The inherent logic of the system in the socialist modernization goes as follows. Firstly, the construction of socialist ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics involves practicing the ecological culture, ecological behavior and ecological system led by Communist Party of China. Secondly, the drive of the ecological civilization construction can crack the restriction of resource environment, enhance the discourse and competitiveness of China in the international field of environment and development and implement the scientific concept of development. Thirdly, the ecological civilization construction is expected to find its way in the exploration of the objectives, policies, principles and approaches
