摘要:
基于美国高等教育的发展特征和成功经验的总结分析，认为我国一流大学、一流学科建设应该从美国高等教育中得到启示：应该明确高校办学定位和发展方向，不断创新人才培养模式，完善教师聘任管理机制，服务于地方经济和社会发展。
Abstract:
Based on the comparative analysis of the development characteristics and successful experience of US higher education, the paper believes that the construction of Chinese top universities and first-class discipline should get inspiration from US higher education. It is advisable to make clear the school-running orientation and development direction, innovate constantly talent training mode, improve the management mechanism of teacher appointment, and serve the local economic and social development.
