摘要:: 旅游文明程度是衡量人类社会发展水平和旅游业发展水平的重要标志之一。游客的不文明行为，不仅会引发他人的不满和反感，给自己带来麻烦，还会损害国家和民族的形象，不坚决遏制旅游不文明行为，将直接影响旅游强国目标的实现。通过对网络文本中的旅游不文明行为进行归类、整理、频次分析，明确游客不文明行为的类型和特征，并从个体、社会环境、法律法规建设、宣传、教育、目的地环境因素等方面进行深入剖析，寻找不文明行为产生的原因，进而提出了引导游客文明旅游行为养成的对策，以期达到旅游传播文明、交流文化、增进友谊的桥梁作用，提升旅游的整体形象和发展水平。

Abstract:: The civil extent of Tourism is an important symbol to measure the development level of a human society and the tourism industry. Visitors’ uncivilized behaviors, not only offending others but also bringing trouble to themselves, often blemish the national image. Therefore if visitors’ uncivilized behaviors are not kept within limits, they will directly affect the achievement of the goal of a great tourism power. Based on the classification and the analysis of Chinese Tourists’ uncivilized behaviors in terms of web texts the paper defines the types and characteristics of visitors’ uncivilized behaviors clearly, and discusses the factors resulting from such aspects as individual, social environment, laws and regulations construction, propaganda, education, the destination environment and so on. Then the research puts forward the countermeasures to guide visitors’ civilized tourism habit. Tourism plays a role as a bridge to transmit the civilization, exchang the culture and strenthen the friendship, which enhances the overall image of tourism and the level of development
