摘要:
随着西安市经济的快速发展和人们居住条件的提高，城市化规模在不断扩大，城中村拆迁改造、科技园区以及工业园区的开发建设、市政改造与建设也在加速地进行，因此会产生巨大的建筑垃圾，如何合理有效的处理建筑垃圾是城市面临的严峻问题。通过分析西安市建筑垃圾的传统处理现状，归纳现阶段西安市建筑垃圾处理出现的问题，针对西安市建筑垃圾处理问题提出了就地资源化模式，并对建筑垃圾就地资源化模式的可行性及经济性进行了论证，为推进建筑垃圾就地资源化提供了理论依据。
Abstract:
With the rapid development of Xi’an economy and people’s living conditions, the urbanization scale has been enlarged, the urban villages demolished and renovated in the city, the SciTech and industrial parks developed, and the municipal reform and construction accelerated. It becomes a serious problem how to dispose the great amount of resulting construction waste effectively. Analyzing the present situation where the construction waste is disposed in a traditional way in Xi’an, the paper discusses the problems to be solved and then proposes a mode of inplace recycling accordingly. The paper also expounds the feasibility and efficiency of inplace recycling mode of construction waste to provide a theoretical basis to propel the inplace recycling of construction waste.
