摘要:
近年来，中国电影产业的发展取得了骄人的成绩。为适应产业发展，国家与地方政府出台若干法律法规来规范电影产业发展。首先分析了目前电影产业发展中存在的隐忧，然后梳理了中国电影产业的立法供给，包括1978年以来的电影产业政策法规的发展历程，以及中国电影产业法律体系现状；在此基础上，分析了电影产业法律规制需求，最后提出了中国电影产业立法供给的路径选择。
Abstract:
China’s film industry has made outstanding achievements in the development of recent years, in order to adapt to which the state and the local government have issued a number of relevant laws and regulations to standardize the film industry. This paper discusses the concerns existing in the development of film industry and the present situation of legal system of Chinese film industry, and then combs through the legislation supply on Chinese film industry，including those policies and regulations in the development of film industry since 1978. On this basis the paper analyzes the legislation demands of the film industry and proposes approaches to the legislation supply of China’s film industry.
