摘要:
专业学位是为适应我国社会经济增长过程中各个行业对高层次人才大量需求而设置的一种学位。本文提出了“以提升工程实践能力为目标”的计算机技术专业学位硕士研究生的培养模式，该模式首先依据社会行业需求构建培养方案，通过专业理论知识和科研能力的学习为工程实践技能打下坚实的基础，同时研究生积极从事生产实践进一步巩固专业理论的学习并达到提升研究生工程实践能力的目标，从而实现人才培养与行业的紧密联系，最终满足社会经济对高层次人才的需求。
Abstract:
Professional degree is set to adapt to the heavy demand for high-level talents in various industries in the process of social and economic growth of China. This paper puts forward a training mode of postgraduates majoring in computer technology to improve their engineering practice ability. According to the needs of the society and the industries, a training program is built for the postgraduates to lay a solid foundation of engineering practical ability, according to which they will learn not only the professional theory but also the scientific research ability. Meanwhile, industry practical activities are assigned to graduates to further consolidate their knowledge of professional theory and elevate their engineering practical ability, which will realize a closer relation between the talent training and the industry, and eventually meet the needs of the social economy for high-level personnel.
