习近平关于城市生态治理重要论述的生成基础、核心要义及价值意蕴-西安建筑科技大学学报（社会科学版）

摘要:: 城市生态治理是提升城市品质的重要环节,也是实现中国式城市治理现代化的自然基础。党的十八大以来，习近平以马克思主义城市生态治理思想为理论根源，以中国共产党城市生态治理经验为历史依据，以地方工作时期城市生态治理足迹为实践基础，以新时代城市生态治理突出问题为现实需求，形成了城市生态治理的重要论述。这一论述蕴含着以绿色发展理念为理论指引，以打造生态宜居城市为美好图景，以资源环境承载能力为硬约束，以“四个治理”有机统一为有效举措的核心要义，具有丰富的理论价值、实践价值和世界价值。

Abstract:: Urban ecological governance is an important part of improving the quality of cities, and it is also the natural basis for realizing the modernization of Chinese-st＜x＞yle urban governance. Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, Xi J inping has taken Marxist urban ecological governance thinking as the theoretical root, the experience of the Communist Party of China in urban ecological governance as the historical basis, the urban ecological governance footprint in the local work period as the practical basis, and the prominent problems of urban ecological governance in the new era as the practical needs, forming an important exposition on urban ecological governance. This exposition implies the concept of green development as the theoretical guide, the creation of an ecological livable city as a beautiful picture, the carrying capacity of resources and environment as the hard constraint, and the organic unity of the "four governance" as the core essence of effective measures, which has rich theoretical value, practical value and world value.
