摘要:: 生产力是马克思主义唯物史观的理论坐标。人的自由而全面的发展构成了马克思生产力概念的内在伦理向度和生产力发展质态的价值旨归，蕴含着深刻的理论意义和现实关切。关联于对古典经济学理论本质的揭露，经由对以李斯特为代表的德国国民经济学生产力理论唯灵论本质的批判性超越，马克思在历史唯物主义的原则高度创立了科学生产力理论，并将生产力发展置于伦理现实关切的维度，阐明人的自由而全面发展才是生产力发展的价值旨归。马克思生产力理论对生产力概念伦理内涵的强调和对生产力发展价值旨归的阐释构成了新质生产力概念提出和新质生产力发展目标的理论根基和思想根源。在百年大变局的历史语境下，新质生产力作为21世纪马克思主义唯物史观新的理论坐标，将在理论和实践层面为高质量发展定向导航。

Abstract:: Productivity theory is the theoretical coordinate of Marxist historical materialism. The free and allround development of humanity constitutes the intrinsic ethical dimension of Marx’s concept of productivity, which contains both profound theoretical significance and practical concerns. Through the exposure of the essence of classical economic theory and the critical transcendence of the immaterial nature of the productivity theory of German national economics as represented by List, Marx founded the scientific concept of productivity on the principles of historical materialism. He placed the development of productivity in the dimension of ethical realistic concerns, and clarified that the free and allround development of humanity is the value proposition of the productivity development. The emphasis on the ethical connotations of the concept of productivity and the interpretation of the value proposition of productivity development in Marx’s theory of productivity constitute the theoretical foundation and ideological source of the concept of the new quality productivity and the goal of the development of the new quality productivity. In the historical context of profound changes unseen in a century, the new quality of productive forces, as a new theoretical coordinate of 21stcentury Marxist historical materialism, will guide the development of high quality in both theory and practice.
