摘要:
高校学籍管理制度是高校教育教学的重要组成部分，是维护高校教学秩序的重要保障。以“柔性”与 “刚性”的学籍管理制度为切入点，分别对两种体制下的高校学籍管理特点进行深入研究。在分析总结的基础上，论述高校学籍管理制度与人才培养的关系及其影响，从而提出构建最优化的学籍管理制度建议，确保高校人才培养目标的实现。
Abstract:
Abstract：The University Student Status Management System，an important part of education and teaching，guarantees the maintenance of teaching order of higher education．Analyzing the“flexible’’ university student status management system and the“rigid”one．the paper studies deeply the char— acteristics of both systems，and their effect on the talent training in universities with the view to opti— mizing the system and realizing the goal of talent training of higher education．
