摘要:
在建设“幸福福建”的伟大历史进程中，提高居民的精神生活质量是福建人的重要奋斗目标。通过考察福建居民精神生活质量的相关指标，发现福建居民的精神生活质量近年来有显著提高，但其精神生活领域也客观地存在着信仰迷失、设施缺乏以及文化消费相对滞后等现象。我们应以问题为依据探索提升居民精神生活质量的基本路径：一要关注发展，提升物质生活条件；二要关注民生，提升幸福感；三要关注主体，提升文化消费水平。
Abstract:
In the course of carrying out Fujian Happiness Project, it is one of the important goals of Fujian people to improve the residents’ spiritual life quality. Though the related indicators examined show that Fujian residents’ spiritual life quality has been improved significantly in recent years, but there exist objectively problems like the loss of belief, the lack of facilities as well as the lag of cultural consumption. Accordingly it is necessary to promote the residents’ spiritual life quality in ways of the enhancement of the economic development to improve the resident’s living conditions, the care for people’s livelihood to promote their sense of happiness, and the attention to the subjects to upgrade the cultural consumption
