摘要:: 西咸新区，是首个以创新城市发展方式为主题的国家级新区。然而，新区成立时间虽已不短，但二元经济结构依然明显制约了其发展，统筹城乡刻不容缓，新区内产业链的延伸与完善，则是统筹城乡的最优选择。本文在分析产业链与城乡统筹互动能够带来落后地区跨越式发展的研究下，分析了西咸新区现今产业链“短链”与城乡差距依然明显的现状，认为新区应以其优势打造新型农业与田园都市产业链相结合，通过统筹城乡，从而带动西咸新区乃至整个大西安经济的快速发展。

Abstract:: Xixian New Area is the first national new-type district, which is committed to innovating the mode of its urban development mainly. The dual economic structure defines its development greatly though it has been established for a long period. Therefore, it is urgent for the local government to foster the harmonious development between its urban and rural areas. We believe that the best choice for the government of XIxian New Area to take into consideration is that extending and enhancing the industrial chain there. On the basis of studying the very research that the overall interaction between harmonious development and industrial chain within its rural and urban areas can promote the development of its backward areas by leaps and bounds ,and by analyzing the status quo that the current industry chain "short-chain" and the urban-rural gap is still existing in Xixian New Area obviously, we believe that Xixian New Area should combine its new-type agriculture with the industrial chain of its garden city to make full use of its advantages. By means of promoting the harmonious development between its urban and rural areas, hopefully, the economy of this district as well as surrounding areas could develop significantly
